Pop group O-Town and teenage rapper Lil' Bow Wow will co-headline the sixth annual Arthur Ashe Kids' Day. The Aug. 25 event, which kicks off the U.S. Tennis Association's (USTA) U.S. Open tournament, will be held at the USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, in the New York borough of Queens.

An hour-and-a-half of highlights of Kids' Day festivities, hosted by CBS television personality Mark McEwen, will be broadcast nationally on the network at noon the following day. Along with the musical performances, a full day of activities will include tennis clinics and interactive games.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the USA Tennis National Junior Tennis League, a program founded by tennis great Ashe in 1969 to provide tennis opportunities to economically disadvantaged young people. Since its inception, the event has raised more than $2 million for charity, and has featured performances by the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, 98 Degrees, Jessica Simpson, and Hanson.

One of four international competitions that make up tennis' "grand slam," the U.S. Open runs from Aug. 27 -Sept. 9. Tickets to Arthur Ashe Kids' Day are available via Ticketmaster (1-866-OPENTIX) and the USTA National Tennis Center box office.
