Britney Spears' fall North American tour is tentatively set to begin Oct. 29 in Miami and wrap Dec. 17 in an as yet to be determined location, Billboard Bulletin reports. The outing will hit 31 arenas, with O-Town offering support on most dates. As part of a global marketing pact signed in February, Pepsi will sponsor the outing, with two additional corporate deals to be announced soon.

As previously reported, the tour will include a Nov. 18 concert at Las Vegas' MGM Grand that will be broadcast live via HBO. "Britney Spears Live from the MGM Grand Las Vegas" will be produced and directed by Marty Callner, who has produced HBO specials staring 'N Sync, Marc Anthony, Whitney Houston, Bette Midler, Garth Brooks, and Jerry Seinfeld.

Spears' third, as-yet-untitled Jive album is due Nov. 6, with first single "I'm a Slave 4 U" due to be unveiled Sept. 6 at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York. The set reportedly also includes the song "What It's Like to Be Me," co-written by Spears with her boyfriend, 'N Sync's Justin Timberlake.
