Chart-topping trio Destiny's Child will release the holiday album "8 Days of Christmas" on Oct. 30 via Columbia. The 12-track album features a host of new spins on seasonal classics, including "A 'DC' Christmas Medley" of "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town," "Jingle Bells," "Frosty the Snowman," "Have a Holly Jolly Christmas," "Deck the Halls," and "Here Comes Santa Claus."

The title track, co-written by group member Beyonce Knowles with Errol McCalla, has been selected as the first single. Also featured are closer "Opera of the Bells" (a variation on "Carol of the Bells"), group member Kelly Rowland's version of "Do You Hear What I Hear," and Michelle Williams tackling "O' Holy Night." Beyonce's younger sister Solange, whose Columbia debut is due out next spring, also contributes vocals to "Little Drummer Boy."

Destiny's Child's latest album, "Survivor," is No. 36 on The Billboard 200 in its 21st week on the chart.
