Whatever it takes to maintain the safety and well-being of artists and fans in post-terrorist attack America is worth it, according to more than half of those participating in a recently completed Billboard.com poll. Out of 4,128 voters, 57% believe that any increased security measures at concert events are worth enduring to ensure the safety of all involved.

Another 23% agree, but only at venues such as arenas and stadiums, where large audiences assemble to take in festivals and superstar performances.

Taking the other side, 12% said the attacks were isolated incidents, and they trust in the safety measures already in place. Another 8% believe that the slim possibility of an attack on a concert event is not worth the additional hassles of increased security.

A new poll gauging your opinions on releasing albums with violent content in the wake of the attacks is now underway in The Voting Booth. Stop by today and cast your vote!
