Staind's hotly anticipated but still untitled DVD has been pushed back from its originally scheduled November 20 release date, according to an Elektra Records spokesperson. Now set for "the first part of 2002" via Flip/Elektra, the DVD will consist of music videos, an MTV Unplugged performance, and backstage interviews with the band.

On the heels of this year's triple platinum, chart-topping album "Break the Cycle," the DVD promises original videos for "Mudshovel" and "Fade," plus behind-the-scenes footage from the latter's video shoot. The project will also chronicle Staind's eleven-song Unplugged session, which was lensed this past July 16 and spotlights acoustic renditions of the hits "It's Been Awhile," "Outside," and "Home."

Bonus footage for "Pressure" and "Suffer," two performances not seen on the original broadcast, will round out the DVD.

Staind is currently on the road as part of the Family Values tour with Stone Temple Pilots, Linkin Park, and others. The trek pulls into Hartford, Conn., tomorrow (Oct. 26) and wraps Nov. 17 in Tacoma, Wash.
