The Latin Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences will announce the winners of the second annual Latin Grammys at a press conference Tuesday morning (Oct. 30) at the Conga Room in Los Angeles. The Academy would not confirm names of attending artists but says "celebrity hosts" will announce the winners in 11 categories, including record, album, and song of the year, and best new artist.

The winners of the other 28 awards will be posted on the Grammy.com Web site. The Academy says it is hoping to make a live video stream of the event available on the Latin Grammy Webcast site.

The Latin Grammys, originally scheduled to be presented Sept. 11 and to air live on CBS, were postponed and eventually canceled in the wake of the terrorist attacks. As previously reported, Juanes leads the nominees for this year's awards with seven, while Alejandro Sanz earned five nods.
