One Little Indian is gearing up for the Nov. 19 release of three live DVDs capturing the Bjork concert experience. "Live at Shepherd's Bush," a document of a Feb. 27, 1997, show in London, was released in VHS form by Elektra in 1998, but has been digitally remastered for its DVD edition. "Live In Cambridge," and "Unplugged/Live 'n' Loud" are to date unreleased; the former is a full show recorded Dec. 2, 1998, while the latter combines two different performances taped for MTV: a 1994 "Unplugged" episode in New York and a 1998 London performance on MTV U.K.'s "Live 'n' Loud."
The three DVDs represent a range of Bjork's performances over the course of the '90s. "Unplugged" was recorded on the tail end of her promotional tour for her first Elektra solo disc, "Debut," while "Live at Shepherd's Bush" was in support of 1995's "Post." Both "Cambridge" and "Live 'n' Loud" were filmed on the tour supporting 1997's "Homogenic" and feature accompaniment by the Icelandic String Octet.
Bjork recently wrapped a North American tour in support of her latest album, "Vespertine," which included a two-night stand at New York's Radio City Music Hall. The artist was accompanied at her performances by a 54-piece orchestra, an Inuit choir, electronica duo Matmos, and harpist Zeena Parkins. "Vespertine" debuted at No. 19 on The Billboard 200 in September.
