Carl Thomas, Fabolous, Petey Pablo, the Ruff Ryders featuring Swizz Beatz, and Cash Money Millionaires will be featured on the upcoming Cash Money/Universal soundtrack to the Miramax film "Undisputed." Due Feb. 26, the soundtrack's first single will be the title track, recorded by the Cash Money Millionaires.

Lil' Wayne, the Big Tymers, Lac, and Mikkey are all featured on the single, which was sent to radio last week. A video, filmed at Nashville's State Prison (the site used for the film "The Green Mile") has been shot by director Terry Heller (K-Ci & JoJo). While a follow-up single has not yet been chosen, each song on the album was newly recorded for the film, according to a publicist for the soundtrack.

A Universal spokesperson notes that the final track listing is not yet set because Bubba Sparxx, Jermaine Dupri, Fabolous, and Tina Marie are still due to submit songs. "Undisputed" stars Ving Rhames and Wesley Snipes as two imprisoned boxers forced into a duel. The film is scheduled for a March 8 release in U.S. theaters.

Here is the working track listing for "Undisputed," subject to change:
