Guided By Voices, Modest Mouse, Big Star, Versus, Folk Implosion, and the Donnas have been added to the lineup for the 10th edition San Francisco's Noise Pop music festival, running Feb. 26 through March 3. They join previously announced performers from John Doe (X) and Neko Case, the Dismemberment Plan, the Faint, Death Cab for Cutie, and the New Pornographers.

Other artists confirmed to appear are Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, Moldy Peaches, the Fastbacks, Pedro The Lion, the Makers, the Dirtbombs, former Velocity Girl frontwoman Sarah Shannon, For Stars, the Go, the Good Life, Vue, Preston School Of Industry, Paula Frazer, the Glands, Imperial Teen, Daniel Johnston, and Stratford 4.

The six-night festival will present an eclectic slate of acts at host of the city's venues, including the legendary Fillmore, Bimbo's 365 Club, Bottom of the Hill, Slim's, and Great American Music Hall. Concurrent with the music festival, the event's 2002 edition will also feature the Noise Pop Film Fest, which will screen Nick Drake and Clash documentaries, a short film about Radiohead, and "Okie Noodling," a fishing movie with music by Flaming Lips.
