Dates and venues for rock-rapper Kid Rock's North American tour have finally been released. As previously reported, the trek will kick off Feb. 22 in Saginaw, Mich. Dates stretch into the spring, ending with a pair of festival performances: May 3 at Memphis' Beale Street Music Festival, and the following day at Atlanta's sprawling annual Music Midtown event.

Shows in Saginaw, Toledo (Feb. 24), and Auburn Hills, Mich. (March 16), are already on sale via Ticketmaster. Tickets for shows in New Orleans (March 9), Lafayette, La. (March 10), and Grand Rapids, Mich. (March 14), go on sale Saturday (Feb. 2). On sale dates for the rest of the itinerary were not available at deadline.

This is only the first leg of Rock's planned tour in support of his latest Lava/Atlantic set, "Cocky." A list of summer tour dates is expected to be announced soon.

"Cocky" debuted last month at No. 7 on The Billboard 200 and is currently No. 23 in its ninth week on the chart. Lead single "Forever" peaked at No. 18 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and No. 21 on the Modern Rock Tracks tally.

New single "Lonely Road of Faith" debuted at No. 27 on the latest Billboard's Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. A supporting video clip incorporating footage from the artist's recent performance for U.S military forces stationed at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, is getting regular play on MTV.

Kid Rock is also scheduled to appear Thursday (Jan. 31) on NBC's "Last Call With Carson Daly."
