Juvenile rapper Lil' Romeo will hit the road this spring for a 15-date tour with fellow kid rappers Corey and Little D along for the ride. The trek is set to kick off March 8 in Jacksonville, Fla. The 12-year-old Romeo, whose self-titled Priority debut bowed at No. 6 on The Billboard 200 last year, plans to release his sophomore album, "Game Time," this summer. The tour will concentrate on Southern and Midwestern locations, winding down April 28 in Dallas.

Romeo made history last year when "My Baby" hit No. 1 on The Billboard Hot 100, making him the youngest artist to achieve that feat. He is also set to co-star with his dad, rap mogul Master P, in the Nickelodeon sitcom "Pieces to the Puzzle" this spring.

Romeo's tourmate Little D is a cousin -- the offspring of Romeo's uncle Silkk The Shocker -- whose No Limit debut, "Meet Me at the Playground," is due this summer. Corey's debut, "I'm Just Corey," is set for a March 19 release via Motown. First single "Hush Lil' Lady," featuring a guest appearance by Lil' Romeo, is No. 63 on the Hot 100 this week.
