Godsmack, Outkast, Nickelback, P.O.D., and Alien Ant Farm are confirmed for the third edition of the Rolling Rock Town Fair, set for July 27 at the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds near Latrobe, Pa. The day-long event will also feature performances from Sevendust, Default, and Injected, with more acts due to be added. Tickets go on sale April 26 via Ticketmaster.

The event -- to be held about an hour east of Pittsburgh -- will again feature a number of county fair-like attractions, including magicians, stilt walkers, and watermelon eating contests. Last year's concert, which drew about 45,000 people, featured performances from Stone Temple Pilots, Live, Deftones, Incubus, and Staind.

For Nickelback and P.O.D., this year's Town Fair will arrive in the middle of already-planned major summer outings. As previously reported, Nickelback completes the Campus Invasion Tour in early May and then heads out on May 13 with former Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell. P.O.D., meanwhile, garnered a slot on the main stage of this year's Ozzfest, which opens July 6.
