The Charlatans U.K., whose career-spanning B-sides album "Songs From the Other Side" is due June 18 in the U.S. from Beggars Banquet, will also be the subject of a retrospective DVD due from Beggars the same day. "Just Lookin' 1990-1997," named after one of the group's biggest mid-'90s U.K. hits, features all of the group's 18 promotional videos as well as 13 live clips and a discography.

Among the DVD's special features include the "alternate" U.S. versions of the videos for "I Don't Want To See the Sights," "Sprotson Green," and "Weirdo." The live performances are culled from four U.K. shows -- June 10, 1990, at Manchester's Ritz club; August 28, 1992, at the Reading Festival; May 11, 1995, at London's Astoria; and July 18, 1997, at the Phoenix Festival. Only two of the live clips have corresponding promotional videos.

Like the B-sides album, the DVD only covers the first seven years of the band's existence, during which it recorded for Beggars Banquet. The quintet has since released two albums, 1999's "Us and Us Only" and last year's "Wonderland," via MCA.

Both the DVD and the B-sides compilation will see international release May 20, while Canadian consumers will get the album on May 21 and the DVD June 18.

As previously reported, the group will make an April 28 appearance at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., and will also play the U.K.'s revived Isle Of Wight festival and three dates opening for Oasis at Finsbury Park in London in early July.
