Resurrected alt-rockers the Breeders -- whose third album, "Title TK" (Elektra), is due May 21 -- have announced a host of European and North American tour dates running through mid-August in support of the new record.

The group is playing the All Tomorrow's Parties festival this week in the U.K. and will take time out for a one-off gig tomorrow (April 24) at London's tiny Water Rats club in the King's Cross district. The tour continues with a spate of U.K. shows through June 2, then treks across Europe before restarting in North America July 7 with a show in Irvine, Calif.

That segment of the tour includes four consecutive dates at New York's Bowery Ballroom, where the group played two February shows during a short promotional tour.

"Title TK" is the band's first album since 1993's "Last Splash," which peaked at No. 33 on The Billboard 200 in February 1994 and featured the single "Cannonball," a No. 2 hit on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart.
