Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Keller Williams, John Scofield, and Charlie Hunter top the list of acts set for the third annual Walther's Grassroots Music & Arts Festival, to be held Aug. 10 in Cockeysville, Md.

The festival, which aims to bring together an assortment of performers who have built up large followings through traditional touring and grassroots promotion, will also feature sets by Virginia Coalition and Mofro. The seven bands will combine for 10 hours of music alongside arts and crafts exhibits and local food and microbrew stands.

Tickets are now on sale for the event through promoter Walther Productions' Walthertix Web site or the jam-band site Jambase. Tickets are $38 in advance and $45 the day of show, with a $5 parking fee for vehicles with less than four passengers.

Bela Fleck and the Flecktones are the only return participants for this year's event, having played at the inaugural Walther's Grassroots Music & Arts Festival in 2000. Fleck's most recent solo disc, "Perpetual Motion" (Sony Classical), debuted at No. 19 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart last November.
