Marilyn Manson has linked with Eagle Vision Entertainment and RED distribution for the Sept. 24 release of the "Guns, God and Government" VHS/DVD. As previously reported, Manson is readying a pay-per-view special for later this summer under the same name, but each featuring different content.

"The pay-per-view is all done but it is not at all what you will see on the DVD that I have now taken complete charge of," he wrote on his official Web site. "I think you deserve to see the best that we have, and I intend to show it."

The video was shot during performances in Los Angeles, Japan, Russia, and Europe. The DVD edition's interactive features include off-stage footage of Manson and company sightseeing around the world, from Moscow to New York to Wichita, Kan. The DVD also sports various audio options, a photo gallery, discography, and a band biography.

Manson has wrapped work on his next Nothing/Interscope studio set, "The Golden Age of Grotesque," due this fall. It will be the band's first recording since the exit of long-time bassist Twiggy Ramirez, who was replaced by KMFDM's Tim Skold.
