Springsteen Sketches Spring Euro Tour

With the end of European leg of Bruce Springsteen's tour in support of "The Rising" only a week or so passed, there's news of a handful of dates that will bring him back to the continent next spring.

With the end of European leg of Bruce Springsteen's tour in support of "The Rising" only a week or so passed, there's news of a handful of dates that will bring him back to the continent next spring. So far, only seven dates have been confirmed, beginning May 6 show at Feyenoord Stadion in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Other stops confirmed for the tour with the E Street Band include Paris (May 24), Dublin (May 31), Copenhagen (June 14), Helsinki (June 17), Oslo, Norway (June 19), and Gothenberg, Sweden (June 21).

Tickets to the Rotterdam show will go on sale Saturday (Nov. 2) via Ticketservice. On Tuesday, tickets will go on sale for shows in Helsinki (via Welldone), Oslo (via GEC), and Gothenberg (via EMA Telstar). The Copenhagen show will go on sale Nov. 11 via dkbmotor. On sale dates for Paris and Dublin have not yet been announced.

On Sunday, Springsteen and E Street will return to the road in the U.S. with a show in Dallas and will be out through a Dec. 13 finale in Albany. Along with the 2003 European run, the Boss and his crew are also expected to visit Australia and launch another U.S. run that will boast multiple nights in several cities.

Released at the end of July, "The Rising" debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and has sold nearly 1.5 million copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
