B2K has teamed with R&B vocalist Marques Houston to star in the hip-hop dance film "You Got Served" for Screen Gems and writer-director Christopher B. Stokes. The project is in preproduction.

B2K comprises Omarion, J Boog, Raz B, and Lil Fizz. All four star in "Served," which explores the subculture of street dancing. The project centers on Elgin (Houston) and David (Omarion), best friends and partners in a dance crew who aspire to open their own hip-hop studio. When another crew challenges them to a dance battle, David and Elgin -- along with their buddies (J Boog, Raz B, and Lil Fizz ) -- must create and perfect astonishing moves.

The stakes are raised as friends double-cross one another and true motives are revealed. David and Elgin must work past their differences to prove that they're the best crew on the streets. The film's soundtrack will feature new recordings by B2K and other artists and will be released by Epic/Sony Music Soundtrax.

"B2K and Marques are the perfect guys to showcase the sensation of street-dance crew competitions that have exploded on the hip-hop scene," Screen Gems president Clint Culpepper said. "We are thrilled with this project and their involvement in it."

On this week's Billboard 200, B2K's latest album, "Pandemonium," blasts 84-13 on the chart thanks to a 394% sales increase to 64,000 copies. The massive gain is due to last week's release of a "special edition" version of the album featuring added tracks and a DVD. The group recently scored a No. 1 hit on Billboard's Hot 100 with "Bump Bump Bump" featuring P. Diddy. The cut peaked at No. 2 on the R&B/Hip-Hop tally.
