Joni"American Masters Joni Mitchell: Woman of Heart and Mind" will be released June 3 on DVD via Eagle Vision. The documentary, which recently aired in the U.S. on PBS stations, mines 1960s and '70s performance footage and audio recordings of the 1995 Billboard Century Award honoree, including several previously unreleased songs.

Along with home movies -- some contributed by friend and fellow singer/songwriter Graham Nash -- and an extensive photo archive, "Woman of Heart and Mind" includes interviews with David Crosby, James Taylor, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, and Nash, among others.

In addition to the 90-minute documentary, the DVD features bonus interview material, a discussion of her paintings and a gallery walk with Mitchell, and several performances from Eagle Vision's 1997 Mitchell concert title "Painting With Words and Pictures."
