"Hard" is the follow-up to 2001's "Jagged Little Thrill," which debuted at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 and has sold 1.5 million copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan. The set spawned the No. 1 R&B/Hip-Hop hit "Where the Party At," which featured a guest shot by Nelly.

Since that album, Jagged Edge has guested on tracks with Fabolous and P. Diddy, as well as Nas and Bow Wow. As previously reported, the group appears on Bow Wow's new album, "Unleashed," which was released Tuesday in the U.S.
