Latin Grammys Add Diverse Performers

The Sept. 3 event at the AmericanAirlines Arena will also feature A.B. Quintanilla III and the Kumbia Kings with Banda El Recodo, as well as the Tribalistas -- a group made up of solo artists Arnaldo Antunes, Carlinhos Brown and Marisa Monte.
They join previously announced performers Ricky Martin, Alexandre Pires and Kelly Clarkson, Thalía, Bacilos and Molotov.
A flight of celebrity presenters has also been confirmed, including artists Natalie Cole, 'N Sync's JC Chasez, Willy Chirino, the Backstreet Boys' Howie Dorough, Juan Luis Guerra, Julio Iglesias Jr., Carlos Ponce, Soraya and Tyrese. Actors Jessica Alba ("Dark Angel"), Jamie Lynn Di Scala (formerly Sigler; "The Sopranos"), Esai Morales ("NYPD Blue"), Adam Rodriguez ("CSI Miami") and Sofia Vergara ("The 24th Day"), 2003 Miss Universe Amelia Vega, Daisy Fuentes and race car driver Emerson Fittipaldi will also be on hand to give out awards.
As previously reported, producer/songwriter Sergio George leads the field with six Latin Grammy nominations. Actor George Lopez will host the show, which will be broadcast live on CBS beginning at 9 p.m. ET (tape delayed PT).
