Jane's Addiction is a last-minute addition to this year's Gravity Games and will to perform Sept. 12 at the fifth annual event in Cleveland. Also featuring Static X and Simple Plan, who will headline on different evenings next week, the concerts are a part of what promoters are calling "the ultimate sports, music, and lifestyle festival on the planet."

The five-day spectacle will again be held on the North Coast Harbor site adjacent to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. Static X -- who reaplced Hoobastank after guitarist Dan Estrin required surgery to correct a blood clot -- and Die Trying will play Sept. 10 as part of the first day's bike and skateboard competitions.

After a day of music-free bike, skateboard and inline action, live performances resume with Sept. 12 with Jane's Addiction and Capitol labelmate Yellowcard. Simple Plan will be supported on Sept. 13 by Los Angeles-based band the Anthem. The next day's concert will showcase up and comers such as Places To Park.

NBC will broadcast portions of the Gravity Games at various times in September and October, but specifics were unavailable at deadline.
