Disturbed, Taproot, Chevelle and Unloco take center stage on the upcoming Intoxication/Reprise Records release of "Music as a Weapon II," a live CD recorded on the bands' spring tour of that same name. The album will be released Nov. 18 in two versions, a CD and a CD/DVD combo set.
The material on "Weapon" was recorded at the May 3 tour finale at Chicago's Aragon Ballroom, a homecoming for windy city natives Disturbed and Chevelle. The disc features six songs by Disturbed, three by Taproot and two each by Chevelle and Unloco.
Disturbed's "Dehumanized" is a previously unreleased song. Other rarities contained on "Music as a Weapon II" include the group's acoustic versions of "Darkness" and Metallica's "Fade to Black." Disturbed's performance of "Stupify" features Chevelle vocalist/guitarist Pete Loeffler and Unloco vocalist Joey Duenas.
The DVD version will include the same track list as the CD, plus the video clip for Disturbed's "Liberate."
Here is the track list to "Music as a Weapon II":
"Fade to Black," Disturbed
