Brooklyn, N.Y.-based rapper Fabolous is set to release a mixtape album next month as a companion to his latest studio release, "Street Dreams." It will include software that allows fans to create their own mix for one of the disc's songs. "More Street Dreams Pt. 2: the Mixtape" will be released Nov. 4 on Elektra Records.

"More Street Dreams" will include 12 new songs, including single contenders "Make You Mine" featuring Mike Shorey and "Think Y'all Know." Paul Cain and Joe Budden also contribute to the disc.

The CD will include PCDJ software, which will allow PC-using fans to create custom mixes of album track "Now Ride." Users can edit and rearrange the song's vocal, rhythm and instrumental tracks. The software is making its debut on the Fabolous disc; a standalone version of PCDJ from software maker Visiosonic is due in stores later this year.

Fabolous' second album, "Street Dreams," debuted at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 in March and has sold 1.1 million copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
