For the second week in a row, hip-hop duo OutKast holds the top two slots on Billboard's Hot 100. The Andre 3000-led "Hey Ya!" leads the singles chart for the third-straight week, while the Big Boi-fronted "The Way You Move" featuring Sleepy Brown is right behind at No. 2. "Hey Ya!" continues to be the most downloaded track in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan, and leads Billboard's Hot Digital Tracks chart for the 11th week.
Kelis' "Milkshake" is continuing to make gains, up 4-3 this week. The supporting videoclip ranks as the sixth most-played on MTV, higher than both of the Outkast cuts. "Milkshake" is also gaining on urban radio, up this week 9-6 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.
Alicia Keys' "You Don't Know My Name" leads the R&B/Hip-Hop tally for a second week. The track also received an impressive boost at mainstream radio and jumps 9-5 on the Hot 100.
Arriving in the Hot 100's top 10 this week is Jay-Z's "Change Clothes." Produced by the Neptunes, who also handled studio duties on "Milkshake," the Jay-Z title is up 13-10. On the R&B/Hip-Hop chart, the tune drops one to No. 7.
The Hot 100's fastest-growing track at radio is Twista's "Slow Jamz" featuring Kayne West & Jamie Foxx. The song soars 26-18 in its fourth week on the chart. On Billboard's Hot Rap Tracks tally, "Slow Jamz" gains 10-8.
The song appears on oth Twista's forthcoming Atlantic album, "Kamikaze," and on West's Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam set, "The College Dropout." Both are due Jan. 27.
The lead single from West's album, "Through the Wire," is also rocketing up the Hot 100. The cut soars 52-39, a peak it has reached in five weeks.
For the second week in a row, the Hot 100's fastest-growing track at retail is Eamon's "F*** It (I Don't Want You Back)." The hip-hop newcomer sees the track jump 77-58 on the chart, even better than its 97-89 move on the R&B/Hip-Hop tally.
Jessica Simpson's "With You" is the top debut on the Hot 100 at No. 65. Simpson will perform the song -- taken from her Columbia album "In This Skin" -- tomorrow (Dec. 19) on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno."
Also new on the Hot 100 this week is Toby Keith's "American Soldier" (No. 69), Ryan Duarte's "You" (No. 92), Lasgo's "Alone" (No. 95) and Big Tymers' "Gangsta Girl" featuring R. Kelly (No. 97).
On Billboard's Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart, Kenny Chesney's "There Goes My Life" is entering its second-straight week at the top. Alan Jackson's "Remember When" is gearing up to be a challenger, jumping 9-5 on the tally this week.
Linkin Park's "Numb" cruises to its sixth-straight week atop Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks tally, fending off "I (Hate) Everything About You" by Three Days Grace. Meanwhile, Puddle of Mudd's "Away From Me" tops Billboard's Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for the third week in a row.
