The artist's Her Story: Scenes From a Lifetime trek will kick off Oct. 14 in Madison, Wis., and is slated to close Nov. 20 in Seattle.
Through performance and storytelling, the country vocalist will spin her life's story with solo material and songs she recorded as half of the Judds, with her mother Naomi Judd. Also planned are covers of songs by the likes of Dolly Parton, Tina Turner and Al Green that have proven to be inspirational in her life.
A portion of the tour's proceeds will benefit the non-profit charity YouthAIDS.
Wynonna's latest solo album, "What the World Needs Now is Love," debuted in August 2003 at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart and No. 8 on The Billboard 200. The set has sold nearly 319,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
