Roc-A-Fella Records has inked Noreaga, aka N.O.R.E., and will release a new album by the artist in November. He is third major addition to the label's roster since last fall, following Ol' Dirty Bastard and M.O.P.

The rapper -- one-half of Queens., N.Y.-based duo Capone N' Noreaga -- has previously recorded for Tommy Boy and Def Jam. He also runs his own Thugged Out imprint. His as-yet-untitled new album will be released under the Thugged Out/Roc-A-Fella banner.

N.O.R.E.'s last album, 2002's "God's Favorite" (Def Jam/IDJMG), debuted at No. 3 on both The Billboard 200 and the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. It has sold 493,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The artist can currently be heard teamed with GemStar & Big Mato and Nina Sky & Tego Calderon on the track "Oye Mi Canto," which debuted last week at No. 77 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.
