Rapper Ja Rule gets a lift from a host of hip-hop heavy hitters on his sixth album, "R.U.L.E." Due Nov. 9 via the Inc./Def Jam, the 19-track set is led by the single "Wonderful" featuring R. Kelly and Ashanti. The cut jumps 49-25 in its third week on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.

Fat Joe and Jadakiss get in on the act on "New York" and Trick Daddy appears on "Life Goes On," while current Hot 100 queen Ciara guests on "Get It Started." Ja Rule is also flanked by a host of artists from the Inc.'s stable, including Black Child (who appears on three songs), Lloyd and Cadillac Tah.

"R.U.L.E." is the follow-up to last year's "Blood in My Eye," which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No. 6 on The Billboard 200. It has sold 455,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

As reported yesterday, Ja Rule is due to stand trial in Toronto in March on a charge of assault causing bodily harm, stemming from a June 5 altercation at the city's La Rouge Nightclub.

The rapper will also be seen in the upcoming film "Assault on Precinct 13," which stars Ethan Hawke, Lawrence Fishburne and Maria Bello. The movie arrives Jan. 21 in U.S. theaters.
