OffspringSnowboarders, skaters and music fans will descend on the parking lot of Anaheim, Calif.'s Angel Stadium Nov. 13-14 for the inaugural Holiday Havoc festival. The first day's lineup will feature the reunited A Tribe Called Quest, Cypress Hill, Xzibit, Jurassic 5, Jaylib, MC Supernatural, Little Brother and CMA performing under the Rock the Bells banner.

The next day's rock-driven bill will boast the Offspring, the Buzzcocks, the Distillers, Pennywise and Finch. Flanking the stage will be a vendor village for the latest snow and skate products and demonstrations from the sport's top names.

Holiday Havoc tickets go on sale Saturday (Oct. 16) via Ticketmaster and include a free lift ticket to the Park at Bear Mountain, a 195-acre mountain resort devoted to snowboarding. VIP packages offer access to a private lounge, a t-shirt, poster and food and drink.

HipMore and more artists are delving into the world of concert downloads, with Canada's Tragically Hip and Brooklyn, N.Y.-based They Might Be Giants the latest to offer fans recent shows.

The Hip Live Series is being launched via with the band's Canada Day (July 1) performance at Toronto's Molson Amphitheatre. The band promises other performances will be added in the coming months, likely including sets from its ongoing U.S. tour in support of the album "In Between Evolution" (Zoe/Rounder), which wraps Oct. 30 in Grand Rapids, Mich.

In the case of TMBG, the band has been offering full concert downloads throughout its just-finished U.S. tour in support of "The Spine" (Idlewild/Zoe/Rounder) via its official Web site. Plans are also afoot for a "best of the tour" compilation and a bonus disc of "venue songs" that were written specially for each stop on the tour. The group hopes to have the discs ready by late November.

KinkyKinky, JD Natasha, La Sinfonia and DJ Ari K will perform at an Oct. 20 Miami concert to benefit HIV/AIDS prevention organization LIFEbeat. The show at the IO Nightclub is open to the public and is presented by MTV Latin America.

The event takes place the night before the MTV Video Music Awards Latin America at the city's Jackie Gleason Theatre.
As previously reported, Paulina Rubio will be host the show, which will boast performances by the Beastie Boys, Juanes, Julieta Venegas, Vicentico and Alex Ubago and others.
