Kanye West performs during a surprise World AIDS Day (Red) concert at Times Square on Dec. 1, 2014 in New York City.

When Kanye West decides to throw a free concert, he goes all out.

And that's just what happened when West took over downtown Yerevan to perform for the city in an impromptu show on Sunday (April 14).

The show included West performing a handful of songs including "Stronger," "Jesus Walks" and "Power."

But the gig wasn't just noteworthy because it was a surprise, but because of what Kanye did during it -- by throwing caution to the wind and jumping into the nearby Swan Lake.

"It's a problem. Can y'all see me over there? We're going to do something different, like, like, like we always do," he told the excited crowd who gathered in Armenia's capital city before running and jumping into the lake. Fans followed him into the water. And that's kind of when the concert came to an abrupt end.

Here's that moment that Yeezy decided to jump in the lake.

Of course Mrs. Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, also posted some photos from the event, as well as an elaborate anecdote about all of it, to her Instagram. The Wests landed in Armenia last week for a family vacation.
