Rock act 3 Doors Down has begun confirming dates for a tour in support of its upcoming album, "Seventeen Days." The set arrives Feb. 8 via Universal, with the trek due to begin four days later at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona, Fla., in conjunction with the Budweiser Shootout NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series. Special ticket packages for the show are available through the Speedway's >Web site.

So far, dates are on tap through Feb. 27 in Denver. The band will also be on hand tomorrow (Jan. 20) to play the Recording Industry Association of America's presidential inauguration party at H20 in Washington, D.C.

"Seventeen Days" is led by the single "Let Me Go," which is No. 10 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and No. 20 on the Modern Rock tally.
