Nine Inch Nails have selected "The Hands That Feeds" as the first single from their highly anticipated new album, "With Teeth." Sources tell Billboard.com the single will arrive in April and that a video is in the works, but no details have yet been nailed down. The album will follow on May 3 in North America via Interscope.

NIN's official Web site unveiled the album release date via a brief video that includes a tantalizing audio sample from an unknown track.

The Trent Reznor-led band is gearing up to hit the road this spring, but only a handful of dates are locked down so far, beginning March 23 in Fresno, Calif. The new live lineup will consist of former Icarus Line guitarist Aaron North, A Perfect Circle bassist Jeordie White, drummer Jerome Dillon and keyboardist Alessandro Cortini.

"With Teeth" is the follow-up to 1999's "The Fragile," which debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and has sold more than 892,000 copes in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Here is the track list for "With Teeth":

"All the Love in the World"
"You Know What You Are?"

"Every Day Is Exactly the Same"
"With Teeth"
