For the second time in nine months, back pain has forced Loretta Lynn to pull out of planned concert appearances. The country legend postponed shows Friday in Oklahoma City and Saturday in Fort Worth, Texas.

In June 2004, the 69-year-old artist followed doctors orders and canceled a slate of shows, also due to a back ailment.

Lynn's official Web site says the latest canceled dates will be rescheduled.

Less that two weeks ago, Lynn picked up the best country album Grammy for her Interscope album "Van Lear Rose," as well as the best country collaboration with vocals award for "Portland, Oregon," with Jack White, who produced the album.

Next on the artist's schedule is a pair of Pennsylvania dates Friday (March 4) in Jim Thorpe and Saturday in Burgettstown. Lynn has shows scheduled into late November, including three concerts at the Loretta Lynn Ranch at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tenn.
