3 Doors Down will headline a summer tour package that also includes Staind and Breaking Benjamin, Billboard.com has learned. Dates are still being finalized for the run, which begins July 1 and wraps Sept. 11, with a total of 44 shows planned.

Venues will be indoors and out, with tickets ranging from about $45 on the high end to $20-$25 for lawn seats. Bud Light will be the main tour sponsor, though others may be involved.

The tour will follow a three-week spring run by 3DD, which begins April 20 at the Pensacola (Fla.) Civic Center and ends May 11 at the UNO Arena in New Orleans. The group will be out behind its latest Universal album, "Seventeen Days," which debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and has sold 633,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

As for Staind, the group is eyeing a summer release for its next Atlantic/Elektra studio album. "It's by far the best thing we've ever done," guitarist Mike Mushok wrote of the set last month on Staind's official Web site. "I think that anyone who [has] ever been a fan will really enjoy these tunes. I find myself listening to it all the time and am really proud of all the songs."

Breaking Benjamin's latest Hollywood full-length, 2004's "We Are Not Alone," debuted at No. 20 on The Billboard 200.
