Over on Twitter, Justin Bieber is very laid-back about who he follows, with 160,000-plus fans and pals on his following list. But on Instagram, he keeps it pretty intimate, only tracking famous friends like Drake, Kendall Jenner and Cody Simpson for a total of 45 on his list.
