Have you always dreamed about Lil Wayne whispering sweet, froggy nothings about having a milli and being a martian into your ear? Thanks to mobile platform Phonio, that fantasy can now be a reality, just by dialing a phone number.

On Tuesday, Phonio teamed up with Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment to facilitate phone calls between musicians, celebrities, athletes, politicians, minor deities and their fans and followers. It's quite simple, really: Dial (857) 216-6736, listen to Mack Maine tell you how excited he is that the "Young Money family" is partnering with Phonio, and press 1. And bam, you're subscribed to essentially glorified telemarketers.

"Phonio delivers a unique, powerful experience," said Phonio CEO Matt Caspari in a statement. "Imagine walking down the street and receiving a phone call from your favorite musician -- this is what Phonio delivers. We're very excited to be partnering with Young Money, one of the most tech-savvy labels in the music business, for our launch."

Caspari, a former Bloomberg analyst and algae-based-product developer, founded Phonio with fellow Silicon Valley entrepreneur Dan Soha, who called the product "game-changing." "This is a much more intimate experience than existing social media services, like Twitter or Facebook," he adds (arguable, since there's no actual exchange going on between a voicemail and the listener, but no matter). The beta version did test quite well with Chris Daughtry (857-216-6739) and the Sacramento Kings (916-245-9325), according to the press release.

So what are you waiting for? It's no cold call from Dillon Francis, but dial-a-Drake and maybe you'll be in the next "Marvin's Room."
