Barbra Streisand will at long last return to late-night television on Monday night (Sept. 16) with an appearance (and performance!) on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Although Babs has stopped by The Late Show with David Letterman and chatted on the long-defunct Rosie O’Donnell Show, the legendary performer has not performed on a late-night talk show in decades — despite getting her start as a regular of the late-night circuit in the early 60’s. With a new duets album, Partners, due out on Tuesday, Streisand is sure to make her appearance on The Tonight Show must-see TV.

For a refresher on some of Barbra Streisand’s most memorable television performances to date, watch some of the video footage below:

Amazingly, Barbra Streisand was lighting up The Tonight Show more than 50 years ago; listen to audio from a 1962 appearance:

At just 21 years old, Babs got to duet with Judy Garland on the variety program The Judy Garland Show — watch the two powerhouses subtly blend “Get Happy” with “Happy Days Are Here Again”:

Here’s a killer rendition of “When The Sun Comes Out,” from a 1963 episode of The Ed Sullivan Show:

Before Justin, there was Barbra: watch her perform her own “Cry Me a River” in a later episode of The Dinah Shore Chevy Show:

After starring in Funny Girl on Broadway in 1964, Streisand performed a medley of the musical’s classic numbers on her first TV special:

During another TV special in 1975, Streisand returned to Funny Girl with a spectacular “Don’t Rain on My Parade”:

At the Academy Awards last year, Barbra soundtracked the In Memoriam montage with an emotional take on “The Way We Were”:
