Up-and-coming rapper Young Jeezy has added four new songs to his Def Jam debut, "Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101," in a strategy to combat bootlegging ahead of its July 26 release. One track will feature a verse from Def Jam president/CEO Jay-Z, while an accompanying DVD will boast behind-the-scenes footage and the previously unreleased video for "Trap or Die."

The album is tipped to feature guest appearances by such Southern hip-hop heavyweights as T.I., Trick Daddy, Young Buck, Lil' Scrappy and Young Buck. Production was supplied by Mannie Fresh, Jazze Pha and Shorty Red, among others.

The artist has a busy promotional slate in the coming weeks, including shows in New York (July 2), Los Angeles (July 9), New Orleans (July 23) and Chicago (July 30) as part of MTV2's "Sucker Free Concert Series" with Def Jam colleagues Memphis Bleek and Young Gunz.

Young Jeezy is already enjoying success with his group Boyz N Da Hood, whose self-titled debut arrived yesterday (June 29) at No. 5 on The Billboard 200.
