Sherri Shepherd as a wicked stepmother? It's possible!

The former View co-host will take over the role of Cinderella's stepmother, Madame, in Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella on Broadway beginning Sept. 9. This follows yesterday's news that Keke Palmer will succeed Paige Faure in the title role of Cinderella on the same date.

Tony-nominated Cinderella will celebrate its 600th performance this Saturday, Aug. 9.
