Chris Brown and Drake don't have the smoothest history. Between their on-and-off relationships with Rihanna, mutual dis tracks, and that bottle-breaking club brawl back in 2012, they just haven't seen eye-to-eye.
But at Wednesday night's ESPY Awards, where Drake served as first-time host, Brown popped up in a pre-taped skit with NBA star Blake Griffin, poking fun at the musical duo's (previous?) beef. In the bit, Griffin is trying to get even with Drake, and he pops up in the rapper's operating room with a very special surgeon: Chris Brown.
Brown's involvement didn't end there: After the video wrapped, the R&B singer jumped out from behind the massive Griffin and referred to himself as "America's Sweetheart." While LeBron's return to Cleveland drew quite a few boos earlier in the broadcast, the divisive singer wasn't heckled, but the crowd was far more enthusiastic for the L.A. Clippers player.

Prior to the skit, Drake and Brown already appeared to be on the road to reconciliation. They were spotted in the studio together just last week.
