Multiple nominees Bruce Springsteen and Coldplay are among the latest additions to the performance lineup for the 48th annual Grammy Awards ceremony. An all-star tribute to legendary R&B act Sly & the Family Stone and a performance by best new artist nominee Sugarland are also new to the roster.
Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, the Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am, Joss Stone, John Legend, Maroon 5, Robert Randolph and Devin Lima will all take part in the tribute to Sly & the Family Stone.
Continuing the Grammys' theme of interesting onstage collaborations, previously announced performer Mariah Carey will be joined on stage by Hezekiah Walker & Love Fellowship Choir. As previously reported, the show will boast pairings of U2 and Mary J. Blige, Faith Hill and Keith Urban, Christina Aguilera and Herbie Hancock and Jamie Foxx with Kanye West.
Carey, Legend and West share the lead with eight nominations heading into the Feb. 8 ceremony at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The event will be broadcast live on CBS.
