The Killers, Paul Van Dyk, BT, Hot Hot Heat, Hard-Fi and Carl Cox have joined the lineup for the eighth Ultra Music Festival.

The Killers, Paul Van Dyk, BT, Hot Hot Heat, Hard-Fi and Carl Cox have joined the lineup for the eighth Ultra Music Festival, which will be held March 25 at Miami's Bicentennial Park and be headlined by the Prodigy, Paul Oakenfold and Erick Morillo.

Among the other acts set to appear are Perry Farrell, Danny Tenaglia, Richie Hawtin, Armand Van Helden, DJ Hell, Benny Benassi, Nic Fanciulli, Meat Katie, Grooverider and Donald Glaude. Ultra is timed to coincide with the annual Winter Music Conference, which runs from March 24-28 at the city's Wyndham Resort.

As previously reported, the first U.S. edition of the long-running European festival Global Gathering will be held at Bicentennial Park a week before Ultra and feature performances from Nine Inch Nails, Rob Zombie, Avenged Sevenfold, Sasha and Digweed, Deep Dish and Coheed & Cambria.

Overlapping with WMC is the third M3 summit, which is hosting March 24-25 performances on the beach outside the Doubletree Surfcomber Hotel by Coldcut, Lady Sovereign, Hot Chip, the Juan MacLean, Jamie Lidell and Vitalic, among others.
