Latin percussionist Jimmy Delgado cries during a Feb. 22 interview at the wake for his friend Ray Barretto in New York. Delgado played with Barretto, a Grammy-award musician whose music straddled the worlds of jazz and Latin music for six decades. Barretto died Feb. 17 at the age of 76. His body was flown to San Juan, Puerto Rico for a public viewing at the Institute of Culture.
