Rock act Seether has set a July 11 release date for the CD/DVD "One Cold Night," which chronicles a February appearance at Philadelphia's Grape Street. The venue was the sight of the first meeting between guitarist Pat Callahan and future bandmates Shaun Morgan and Dale Stewart.

The 13-track Wind-Up CD has cuts from Seether's three studio albums, including "Remedy" (a 2005 No. 1 entry on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart), a new mix of "The Gift" and a cover of Pearl Jam's "Immortality," the original of which peaked at No. 10 on the Mainstream Rock tally in 1995.

The DVD features band interviews, a video for "The Gift" with behind-the-scenes footage and photos from the Grape Street performance.

The bands plans a tour in support of the release but dates have yet to be announced. Callahan previously alluded to the possibility of an acoustic record, telling Billboard.com in January, "If it comes out heavier, I think we'll all definitely think it's cooler. But there's a lighter side," he said of the band's next recording. "Who knows? We might just decide to do an acoustic record."
