A host of top indie rock acts will descend on Portland, Ore., in September for the sixth Musicfest NW. Among the artists performing throughout the city from Sept. 7-9 are the Black Keys, Silver Jews, Stephen Malkmus, Spoon's Britt Daniel, Jeremy Enigk, the Brian Jonestown Massacre, the Dandy Warhols and the Melvins.

In addition, Little Steven's Underground Garage Showcase will bring Phantom Planet, the Zombies, the Mooney Suzuki and the Woggles to Berbati's Pan on Sept. 8.

The lineup will be rounded out by shows from Dead Moon, Eric Bachmann, Kristin Hersh, Dead Prez's M1, Richard Buckner, Joggers, Lifesavas, Tractenburg Family Slideshow Players, Centro-Matic, the Helio Sequence and, in their final gig, Swords.

Proceeds will be donated to the Oregon Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Camp for Girls.
