To support the release, Hosoi and the Quiksilver skate team will embark on an eight-city tour featuring screenings and skating exhibitions, beginning Aug. 17 in Huntington Beach, Calif.

Indie rock act +/- has signed with Absolutely Kosher, which will release its third album, "Let's Build a Fire," on Oct. 24. A different version of the project was issued earlier this year in Japan due to touring commitments, but the upcoming edition will feature several new songs and different mixes.

Album track "Steal the Blueprints" can be downloaded from Absolutely Kosher's Web site; a video for the song will be included on the album. The group will tour in support of "Let's Build a Fire" this fall, including some East Coast shows with the Wrens that have yet to be announced.
