Originally due Oct. 19, Snoop Dogg's eighth solo effort, "Tha Blue Carpet Treatment," will now arrive Nov. 21 via Doggystyle/Geffen. The disc features production by Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Rick Rock and the Neptunes, in addition to guest appearances from Stevie Wonder, Ice Cube, the Game, Brandy, R. Kelly and MC Eight.

A video will premiere next week for lead single "Vato," which was produced by the Neptunes and features B Real of Cypress Hill. Snoop says he wrote the song to promote unity among Blacks and Latinos in his native California.

"It's about time we start to fight for each other rather than fighting against each other," says Snoop. "I have homies from all cultural backgrounds and love all of my brothers, black and brown. There is nothing that can stop us from creating a better future for ourselves, for our families and generations to come if we all came together."

In July, the rapper was in the process of weeding through 300 songs he recorded for the album in the hopes of selecting 16 final contenders.

"Tha Blue Carpet Treatment" will be the follow-up to 2004's "R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece," which bowed at No. 6 on The Billboard 200 and has sold 1.7 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
