"America's Got Talent" season one champion Bianca Ryan has signed with Columbia/SYCO. The 12-year-old singer will release her debut album Nov. 14 through the Simon Cowell-owned imprint.

The as-yet-untitled set will be comprised of new songs and covers, including R. Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly," Bette Midler's "The Rose" and the show tune "And I Am Telling you I'm Not Going," the song that earned Ryan the million dollar prize on the television show.

Also due for inclusion are the Diane Warren-penned ballad "I Wish That" and "Pray for a Better Day," composed by Kara DioGuardi and producer David Foster. "Why Can't It Be Christmas Everyday" and a cover of Debby Boone's "You Light Up My Life" will round out the project.

Philadelphia native Ryan took the "Talent" crown on the Aug. 17 finale, beating out dance troupes All That and Realis and music groups the Millers and At Last.
