Brad Paisley will be releasing his first holiday effort this fall with the aptly titled "Brad Paisley Christmas." Due Oct. 10 via Arista Nashville, the album finds the country star tackling classics as well as a handful of humorous originals.

Original audio from the track "Born on Christmas," which Paisley wrote as a child and performed on "Jamboree U.S.A." as a 13-year-old, will be updated and featured on the 11-track collection.

"Winter Wonderland" and "I'll Be Home for Christmas" will mingle with new songs like "Penguin, James Penguin" and "Kung Pao Buckaroo Holiday," which features Bill Anderson, George Jones and Little Jimmy Dickens. Paisley also puts his own spin on "Santa Looked a Lot like Daddy," penned by Buck Owens and Don Rich.

As previously reported, Paisley and Brooks & Dunn lead the nominees for this year's CMA awards, which will be held Nov. 6 in Nashville.
