Greetings from Charleston, SC. We are currently enjoying the southeast leg and final week of the October tour (sad) but we'll be back in November (happy!). The last week was a bit of a home-stretch for us in the northeast with shows in New Haven, Philadelphia, Altlantic City and New York and, of course, our homecoming show in Boston. While we've had fans and friends all along the way - it was really special to get such an outpouring of support at home and NYC.

The show in Irving Plaza was a particularly special night as we had Little Steven watching us from the side of the stage in front of a large and energized crowd.
The week was full of great moments of fun and some absurd ones as well.

On the drive from Cleveland to Boston, the tour bus with the Romantics, Shadows of Knight and tour production staff had a flat and forced them to all join us on our bus. It was pretty interesting cramming so many people into that confined space against the backdrop of Boston traffic.

In Philadelphia, I (Ethan, keys) pulled an all-nighter and then fell into a deep slumber and woke to find that the bus couldn't park at the venue. I woke up bewildered in the middle of nowhere. Spending two nights at the beautiful Borgata Casino was amazing...everything about being a casino is a little surreal. And we all got to celebrate drummer Prince Frederick's birthday in style in a Holiday Inn hotel bar with a panoramic view of the Ashley River and downtown Charleston.

The shows have continued to be a blast. Joe has sat in with Shadows Of Knight on lead guitar and Mark has played bass with The Romantics on "What I Like About You". We've had so many great, enthusiastic crowds and great shows. We have been bringing out more songs from Strange Magic, our new cd coming out next month. And we've continued to have a blast on the journey: seeing old friends, making new fans and seeing the country.
